Chief Financial OfficerSusan Lakosil manages the firms operations, compliance and financial reporting. Prior to joining Andesite, Sue was CFO of several companies and started her career as an auditor at KPMG.
Dan Fuqua
Executive Vice President, Real EstateDan leads Chargetech as its President and maintains oversight responsibilities for Solana Beach Works and Andesite Property Management. Prior to joining Andesite, Dan held numerous positions in the real estate sector, as a home building, asset manager and investor.
