Senior Leadership Team

John is the CEO of Andesite Capital. He is the Board Chairman of Chargetech, the lead board member of Full Turn Direct, a board member of Linksoul, and the Founder and President of Planet 9 Productions. John sets the strategic direction for the firm.

Susan Lakosil manages the firms operations, compliance and financial reporting. Prior to joining Andesite, Sue was CFO of several companies and started her career as an auditor at KPMG.

Dan leads Chargetech as its President and maintains oversight responsibilities for Solana Beach Works and Andesite Property Management. Prior to joining Andesite, Dan held numerous positions in the real estate sector, as a home building, asset manager and investor.
